Agents fail in ways ordinary software does not: quietly, plausibly, and at 3am. So we instrument every run — the plan, the tool calls, the retries and the cost — and put that trace somewhere your team can read it without asking us.

By constraining what it can reach rather than trusting it to behave. Agents get a fixed tool list, scoped credentials, and budget limits on steps, time and spend. Anything destructive or irreversible sits behind an explicit human approval step.
It means the agent has a evaluation suite it must pass before release, full run tracing you can inspect, defined failure behaviour, and a rollback path. A demo that works on your five favourite examples is not production-ready.
We agree a task set with you up front — real cases, including the awkward ones — and score against it. That set becomes the regression suite, so you can see whether a model or prompt change made things better or worse.
The evaluation suite catches it. Model providers deprecate and update constantly; because your behaviour is pinned to a scored task set rather than a vibe, a regression shows up as a number before it shows up as an incident.
