The interesting products being built right now are AI-native, not AI-decorated. An ERP where the reconciliation runs itself and only surfaces the exceptions. A procurement tool that reads the contract and flags the clause. An ops platform where the workflow is generated from the request rather than configured in advance by an implementation team.

That is what we build — end to end, one team accountable for discovery, architecture, interface, backend and launch. React and Next.js on the front, Python and FastAPI behind, models where they genuinely earn their place and ordinary deterministic code everywhere else. The hard calls are rarely about the framework; they are about which decisions a model is allowed to make and what happens when it gets one wrong.
